Central Ozarks Medical Center
This is a new 20,000 s.f. clinic in Camdenton, MO that offers medical, dental and behavioral health services. There is a partial basement for storage and space for building additions as their business grows. There is so much natural light coming into the building from the clerestory windows, that it helps keep the staff feeling energetic and connected to outside.
Challenge:
Keeping project in budget.
