The clinic was partially funded by the USDA which had several requirements and additional paperwork associated. We had monthly construction meetings with a representative of USDA office and everything went very smoothly. The project was completed on time and in budget. The only Change Orders were ones the Owner initiated. The Owner had a very tight dead-line to get moved into this facility as they had a hard deadline to move out of their existing building they were leaving. This facility had medical, dental and behavioral health spaces within it.
