Urgent Care Facility/ Rehab
Our client bought a run-down second-hand retail shop to bring urgent care and rehabilitation facility to a side of town that needed their services. The existing building was not adequate for a clinic, so the interior was demolished and we started clean. The exterior needed a serious upgrade and a drive-thru dry-off area.
Challenge:
An existing building that, at face value, seemed less than desirable.
Solution:
Ireland Architects was able to catch the vision of the Owner and transform the building into a beautiful, efficient, usable building that now make a profit.
