Expanded Facility for Clinvest Research
Clinvest Research is dedicated to the advancement of medicine and health management through clinical research. Over the years Clinvest outgrew its facility and needed to expand, so they contacted Ireland Architects. With our vast experience in healthcare design we were able to easily understand their needs and incorporate them into a design that worked for them.
Challenge:
The biggest challenge was to design a space that is efficient, welcoming and gave the client room for growth. We needed to use as much of the existing space as possible to help keep costs down.
Solution:
We were able to keep 90% of the first level as-is and renovate most of the upper level, while still giving them a design that will work for years to come.
