Ireland Architects, Inc is Lakeland Behavior Health System’s architect of choice. Lead Architect and Owner Stephanie Ireland has consistently shown expertise in hospital, psychiatric and behavioral health facilities. Stephanie is highly respected in her field and is sought after for her design and leadership capabilities.

I have also benefitted from her training and teaching. Stephanie is quite willing to teach. For instance, after inquiring about Statement of Conditions and rated barriers, Stephanie compiled a binder of information for me and came to my office to discuss these issues.

Stephanie and her staff are very responsive to issues as well. Whether it’s a new project that just needs researched or a project cur- rently underway, one can be certain that Stephanie is engaged and pursuing all avenues. While Stephanie is an expert and very knowledgeable, she also knows when trade expertise is needed. Structural, civil or mechanical engineers are contacted without hesitation to assess and provide di- rection. Even without a construction project, Ireland Architects can provide advice, direction, code compliance and drawings.

Lakeland has used out-of-town architects in the past; even ones recommended by Acadia Corporate, however, I cannot recommend Ireland Architects, Inc highly enough.
