Waynesville City Hall

The City of Waynesville had outgrown its original location and needed space to grow. They purchased an old warehouse that was being heated with an old wood stove if the middle of the building that looked horrible. There were many people who thought the purchase was a waste of tax-payer money, but it ended up saving them quite a bit of money. There were many people who just didn’t have the vision of what the building COULD be—but we saw it!

Challenge:

The Owner purchased a building that, at first site, would seem less than desirable, but it was to save money.

Solution:

We were able to renovate this facility, keep the nostalgic feel of the building, make it much more energy efficient, and save the City a large sum of money by renovating this facility, rather than building a new building.
