Neighborhood Center
American Eagle Design Studios, LLC is the development company responsible for the privatization of For Leonard Wood homes, in which we also have designed many houses. They asked us to design a Neighborhood Center to bring people together to hold community activities. They wanted this building to represent what American Eagle stands for in quality, expertise, unity, and budget. The Owner was happy with how much we got for their money.
Challenge:
To design a community building that looked similar to the surrounding homes.
Solution:
We designed this building to use the same siding and rock that we designed on the homes so it would blend into the neighborhood and kept the project in budget, while honoring our active military men and women.
