The Fire District received a grant for their project and Ireland Architect worked with their grant writer to help ensure the correct processes were followed. We have worked with several grant project and there is a lot of paperwork associated with them, but if you know that then you are prepared—and we know what it takes it get it done right! The difference between the lower bidder and the next to low bidder was less than 1%!! The difference between the low bidder and the highest bidder was only 2%!!! That means our drawings were thorough and concise and that the bids were apples-to-apples!!
