Our client wanted an outpatient endoscopy suite that was hospital-based, but there had been none designed in this region. We worked closely with the State Department of Health and Senior Services to ensure the final design would meet all the necessary requirements necessary for licensure. We designed the space so efficiently that the Owner said they were 25% more efficient which helped them pay for the construction that much faster.
