KC Care Remodel
Challenge:
KC Care was busting at the seams and had a bigger picture in mind. They needed to move some services out of their main building to make room to grow other services. This was one of the phases to a larger goal.
Solution:
A portion of the building next door became available, so they decided to move their pharmacy out of their main building along with some behavioral health spaces. By relocating these services it made more room for dental and medical exam rooms in their main building! It also allowed us to make their new pharmacy more efficient and larger with virtually no downtime because their existing pharmacy stayed running while the new pharmacy was under construction next door!
