New Location for Gabris Landscaping
Challenge:
This local landscaping company has been around for over 17 years, and they were ready to expand to a new facility in Ozark. They were trying to work with the City departments on their own and just weren’t getting very far because of their lack of knowledge of Building Codes and Zoning Ordinances.
Solution:
We designed a warehouse and small retail area to accommodate their growing business. Once we got involved we knew who to speak with at the City, what they were looking for and were able to get a permit for them relatively easily. Experience matters!
