HuHot Mongolian Grill- Joplin, MO
This was a new strip center built after the devastating tornado in Joplin, which we incorporated the prototypical drawings into a non-prototypical space. We worked with their corporate designers to make sure their brand was consistent with corporate’s intent, yet met the franchise Owner’s expectations.
Challenge:
Interpret Franchise’s intent and revise the plan as necessary for Corporate approval.
Solution:
Corporate approved on revised plans.
