Fordland Clinic Behavioral Health Remodel

Challenge:

The clinic’s original design included a pharmacy, but as the needs of the community evolved, it became clear that behavioral health services were a greater priority. This shift required a rethinking of the space’s purpose without the budget or timeline for a major renovation.

Solution:

Because the original pharmacy was designed with flexibility in mind, the transition to behavioral health services was smooth and cost-effective. The adaptable layout allowed the clinic to repurpose the space quickly to meet emerging community needs—without requiring significant construction changes or a huge budget.

What the Client Says:

I just want to mention what a pleasure and great experience it has been working with Ireland Architects again on Fordland’s Behavioral Health renovation project. We have worked with Ireland Architects on multiple projects from new construction, expansions, and renovations of Fordland Clinic that have resulted in a great looking clinic. We have had numerous comments from patients on how modern, fresh, and wonderful the clinic looks inside and out. I enjoy working with their staff because they are professional, respond in a timely manner, and cost-conscience which is important to a health organization that is balancing design and budgets. I highly recommend Ireland Architects!
