CBCO Building Maintenance
Challenge:
The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks was facing wear and tear on their facility, including cracked mortar, peeling paint, and spalling on concrete column covers. While these issues weren’t structurally urgent, they impacted the building’s appearance and long-term maintenance needs.
Solution:
We worked with the contractor to address the issues using expert tuckpointing, fresh coats of paint, and concrete repairs. By fixing things now, the building will continue to function beautifully and maintain its welcoming appearance for years to come.
