Up to this point there has not been a central location for cancer patients to attain information about their disease, to help patients process through their medical journey or a place for family members to learn about what they can do to help. This project allowed access to information and personnel who are knowledgeable about these processes and can help, not only the patient, but the entire family through the process. This also allowed personnel to better coordinate efforts and streamline their processes, giving better and faster service to the patient.
