Sikeston Memorial Municipal Airport

This was a MoDOT grant funded project with the City of Sikeston, MO. Ireland Architects was a consultant under Waters Engineering that was responsible for the terminal design and drawings. We also coordinated with FAA on items to make sure everyone was in the loop.

Challenge:

There was an existing airport terminal that had to be demolished, so careful consideration and coordination took place to make sure the existing facility was always accessible and operational.

Solution:

There were no concerns from any parties and the project was completed on time and in budget. The only Change Proposals were items the Owner wished to change.
