This was a facility for training college students how to weld and to work on Mercury Boat Motors. The space was an existing building renovated into a classroom, office and training center, along with some minor parking revisions for the facility. We worked together with the Mercury company contact and the teacher to make sure the space would work as they needed it to, although other motors repairs took place here, as well.
