First Watch Remodel
Challenge:
The owner acquired a former Denny’s restaurant and tasked our team with transforming it into a First Watch franchise, reimagining the exterior while thoughtfully preserving as much of the original building’s structural components as possible to save money.
Solution:
The building was fully transformed to meet the new franchise’s standards, satisfying the owner by controlling costs.
