Bank of Crocker—St. Robert, Missouri

The Bank of Crocker needed more space for administrative type spaces, therefore it was decided to add onto the existing building - but on the second floor because they were landlocked. This made the project a little challenging structurally, although it went very smoothly, on time with NO Change Orders and on budget. We wanted to make the addition look like it was always intend-ed, not like a “wart” on the building. The owner was very pleased with the final outcome.

Challenge:

Adding “up” to a building not designed to do so to make it look like it was designed to be there originally.

Solution:

Project was on time, in budget and looked like it was designed with the addition in mind.
