With the exterior entrance for this restaurant we were able to incorporate more of their brand into the exterior. The large chopsticks illuminate at night, bringing greater attention to the entrance. We had to coordinate many entities to make sure everyone was happy with the design and construction, which we were successful in doing. The project was completed on budget and on time!
Challenge:
Work within the existing sign ordinance and still get an acceptable design by Corporate and the mall owners.
Solution:
Everyone was happy with the design and it stands out as unique.

When we interviewed architects, Stephanie presented to us her great communication skills and attentiveness to details. On every occasion when Stephanie had questions regarding the kitchen layout or the flow, she would always forward her conversations with all the vendors and contractors involved in the project. Stephanie made sure that everyone involved was always updated and on the same page.
Our contractor said many times “how thorough the Architects plans were”. Stephanie left no details out; her notes and descriptions on the plans were very detailed and thorough. Because of this we were able to move forward quicker than we anticipated, this saved us money and headaches that usually come with a building project.
