Heart Rock Deli in Hammons Heart Institute
We were given a very small space to try to incorporate a small restaurant/retail snack area that included a kitchen and dining space for those in the building. We had to be very creative to make it fit appropriately and functionally, but everyone was happy with the final product. They prepare sandwiches, soups, and coffees in this location.
