Halfway’s Elementary and High School are connected and the original gym had been closed down for years because it was not structurally sound. They had asked us to evaluate whether this gym area could be salvaged and repaired, or did it need to be razed, and if so, what would we recommend to go in its place. They also wanted to add some adult community classes to the facility so we were able to incorporate those into their master plan for future growth, in place of the original gym.
